Mudbound

I shaped a Mudbound social piece with restraint: period atmosphere, quiet tension, and cinematic texture that supported the film's emotional weight without overselling it.

Mudbound is a digital campaign for Netflix built for fast recognition, social momentum, and clear brand recall.

The work was developed with BPG Interactive for Netflix, keeping strategy, craft, production, and delivery connected from the first idea through final output.

For Mudbound, I approached the social piece through restraint, rhythm, and atmosphere. As art director and motion designer, I shaped the pacing, typography, and cinematic texture so the work carried the film's emotional weight quietly, letting period detail, tension, and negative space do the heavy lifting instead of overselling the drama.

The project sits across digital campaign, brand strategy, so the solution had to work as both a strong creative read and a practical system people could understand quickly.

I focused on the decisions people feel before they notice them: hierarchy, pacing, interaction rhythm, image language, and the small details that make the work feel finished.

The result is a digital campaign that makes Mudbound feel clear, memorable, and built for the audience it was meant to reach.
