Retro View Arcade - Title

I designed a Retro View Arcade opener around the ritual of pressing start: pixel nostalgia, glowing type, and a quick motion language that feels like a cabinet waking up.

Retro View Arcade - Title is a live audience experience for Retro View Arcade built around a clear story, a focused interaction model, and a memorable visual world.

The work was developed with David Dineen-Porter's production for Retro View Arcade, keeping strategy, craft, production, and delivery connected from the first idea through final output.

For Retro View Arcade - Title, I focused on the bridge between concept and behavior. The Creative Director, Motion / Animation work was about turning I designed a Retro View Arcade opener around the ritual of pressing start: pixel nostalgia, glowing type, and a quick motion language that feels like a cabinet waking up into something people could navigate, feel, and remember without needing the mechanics explained first.

The project sits across brand strategy, creative content, so the solution had to work as both a strong creative read and a practical system people could understand quickly.

I focused on the decisions people feel before they notice them: hierarchy, pacing, interaction rhythm, image language, and the small details that make the work feel finished.

The result is a immersive experience that makes Retro View Arcade - Title feel clear, memorable, and built for the audience it was meant to reach.
